We have made a name for ourselves as the leading spa shell manufacturer in Europe over the last 30 years and worked with several global clients.

Seeking an experienced GRP Team Leader to manage production at our fiberglass pool and spa manufacturing facility.

If you have leadership skills and a background in composites fabrication, this is a great opportunity to take charge in a thriving company.

As the GRP Team Leader, you will:

Oversee all stages of production for our fiberglass pools and spas
mould preparation, gelcoat, lamination, trim fabrication.
Lead a small team of manufacturing employees. Provide training, coaching, and support to improve performance.
Ensure safety protocols and quality control standards are met throughout the production process.
Identify process improvements for greater efficiency. Manage inventory.
Interact with management regarding production goals, challenges, and planning.

We provide a negotiable, competitive salary. This is a full-time, weekday position based at our manufacturing facility in Cheshire.
