What you'll be doing:
- Work to individual and team daily, weekly and monthly targets and KPls.
- Take ownership of a growing sales team, providing direction, motivation and communication to the sales team to ensure the attainment of business goals.
- Present at monthly board meetings with feedback and prospects including UK sales figures, team KPI progression and projected pipelines.
- Come up with commercially ambitious yet sound sales targets and budgets for Business Development Managers, account bases and the UK Sales overall.
What we need from you:
- Proven track record of hitting targets and overachieving set KPIs.
- Prior experience managing sales people.
- Excellent customer service and internal team communication.
- Experience presenting monthly board meetings to senior stakeholders
