Are you an experienced collaboration and learning designer looking for your next challenge?Do you want to work for an exciting social change organisation with the mission of enabling people, places and the planet to flourish?
With our new Design for Life strategy we are embarking on the next chapter in our 260 years' strong history of social impact, with a range of interventions to unite people and ideas to turn world changing ideas into world changing actions.
We're looking for a Collaboration and Learning Designer to help us achieve real impact by harnessing multidisciplinary design skills and practices to develop and deliver impactful interventions.
Key skills we're looking for are:
- Learning, experience and communication design
- Participation, facilitation, and collaboration design
- Systems innovation and complex problem solving
- Regenerative design (desirable)
- Crosssector experience (desirable)
This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

Up to £35,000.00 per year
