Lead English Language (IELTS / OET) Educator

We are looking to recruit experienced English Language (IELTS Academic and OET) Educators who have a strong background in delivering training to high standards.

Our center has been successfully training healthcare professionals for years, supporting nurses with proving their competence and then helping them onto the NMC register.

The role is to manage our existing IELTS/OET Education Team with the delivery of our in-person IELTS and OET (Nursing, Medicine and Pharmacy) courses on a monthly basis and our online courses as required.

As a English Language (IELTS / OET) Educator, your duties will include:

Teaching IELTS or OET courses to overseas qualified healthcare professionals.
Ensure learners have a clear understanding of what's expected of them during their preparation.
Responsible to help the organisation to support learners through their learning journey to the successful completion of their IELTS and OET exams.

To be a successful Educator here, you will have the following skills and experience:

Hold a CELTA or DELTA qualficiation
A willingness and the ability to coach nurses to pass their IELTS and OET examinations on their first attempt.
Crosscultural competence you will be training people from all over the world, each with differing standards of clinical practise.
Previous teaching experience is beneficial but is not essential.
The ability to work independently and as part of a training team with senior members of nursing and midwifery staff.
Good IT skills for Zoom

In return, the Educator will receive a competitive salary depending on teaching experience, performance bonuses (according to pass rates), flexible work & work from home where possible.
