ACCOMPANIED PROPERTY VIEWER (SATURDAY'S ONLY)

Do you love meeting and helping people achieve their aspirations?

Do you just love that feeling you get when you agree a deal?

Do you share the excitement a customer feels when you help them to find their new home?

Your responsibilities are primarily viewings, mostly for our available lettings properties, but will also include available properties for sale.

You must be positive, enthusiastic, engaging, and persuasive whilst being skilled in communication, selling, and time management.

Experience of the Sales & Lettings environment will be an advantage but is not essential

£11 per hour + £0.45 per business mile + commissions (£10 per let + £20 per sale)


We are looking for someone to cover 2 out of every 3 Saturdays, which equates to approximtely 14 hours per month.

The weekly hours are therefore an average of the year. Our Saturday opening hours are


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 3.25 per week

£11.00 per hour
