This is an exciting leadership opportunity for the successful applicant to lead and manage a busy adult community social work team.

The role will require working closely with the other Practice Leads and the Assistant Statutory Social Care Services Manager (ASSCSM) in continuing to drive and develop a quality, strengths based service, which is responsive to service users, carers and the demands of the community.


Some of the desirable qualities required for the role are commitment, resilience, enthusiasm, effective communication and strong decision making skills.
