**Interim Senior Communications Officer
Based in London, hybrid

Length: 3 months initially

We are currently supporting the Communications team in a London Borough who are looking for an interim Senior Communications Officer to manage the process of creating a quarterly newspaper.

Key Responsibilities and experience required of the interim

Senior Communications Officer:
_

Leading the development of the Council newspaper which goes out to residents on a quarterly basis
Creating regular content which will require writing, editing and subediting skills
Liaising with various advertisers
Working and developing reactive lines quickly
Experience in communications and can work independently developing and managing content
Knowledge and experience in a Local Government communications environment
