Role
Working as part of small but growing team in a successful new business delivering energy efficiency / retrofit and refurbishment projects in the North West, a Customer Services Administrator is required to work as part of a team delivering social housing projects in the North West.
Duties will include managing incoming and outgoing communications with residents, booking in upcoming works and gathering the relevant information and data.
Experience
Previous experience of working in construction or housing in a customer services role is preferred but not essential.
Skills
I.T literate with Office 365 proficiency. Organisational and operational skills, with ability to organise and prioritize workloads, with good problem solving skills. Personable and team player.
Being organised, using own initiative and being confident on the phone are key skills.
Salary negotiable depending on experience
Schedule:
- 9am5pm (flexible hours negotiable)
- Monday to Friday

- Used to dealing with people over the phone
- Able to use initiative and work as part of a team: 1 year (preferred)
