Patient Services Advisor x 4

27.5 hours per week - between pm, Mon - Fri Sat 10am - 2pm Sun 10am-7pm
Rotating shifts with a mixture of earlies and lates (08.00am pm & 2.30pm-8.00pm)

You will also be required to work across sites.

We are looking for a Patient Services Advisor to join our dynamic practice team.

The positions will include greeting and signposting patients, answering and making telephone calls, booking appointments, and also a broad range of administration duties.

Flexibility will be required to cover demand, holiday and sickness.

We will also require staff to be able to work across our other sites in Calderdale.

We offer 20 days holiday's per annum pro rata and NHS pension, rising to 25 after 5 years, plus all Bank holidays.

The practice is committed to the development of all staff.
