The Role:


As a client services account director your position will include being collaborative across of different functions, including technical, project and design, to ensure client account commercial success.


With this, you will be taking ownership of account relationships and target, whilst also being able to create and own account forecasts.

Much of the position will be being able to produce pitches, proposals and statements of work that relate to competitivebriefs.


Responsibilities:


  • Leading the process of requirements gathering
  • Growing current account business and identifying new opportunities through carefully considered propositions, pitches, and presentations
  • Client management and client relationship development
  • Create a complete understanding of the client's business
  • Consulting the client to make them aware of new technologies
  • Managing client expectations around internal issue escalation and resolution
  • Ensuring client satisfaction; conduct regular client 1:1 review
  • Alongside the account and project delivery teams assisting with pricing, setting service levels and KPIs
  • Supporting the Board of Directors to execute strategic account growth
