Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
  • Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate and timely information
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the database

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
£27,826.00-£29,162.00 per year
