Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a local authority in the Essex region who are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join them on a contract basis.

ROLE:
Commercial Property Paralegal


LOCATION:
Essex


RATE:
£16.50 to £20.40 per hour


CONTRACT:
Initial 6 months, potentially ongoing

The Role

  • To assist the Lawyers and Senior Lawyers in progressing full caseloads of Commercial Property matters
  • Cases include disposals and associated documentation, title checks, compulsory purchases and agreements
  • To assist with any other cases when required to do so

The Person

  • A lawrelated qualification (LPC / LLM / LLB) or qualified by experience would be required
  • Previous Commercial Property law experience is essential for this position
  • Previous experience of working within a local authority would be highly beneficial for this role
