Customer Service / Internal Sales Team Leader Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (Depending on Experience)

We are searching for someone that is looking to join a successful company based in Sutton and play an extremely important role for the business which is within their customer service and sales team.

Maybe you have been working within another organisationas a customer service team leader, or a sales team leader, if so, this is the role for you.

The Role:

You will be on the front line of the business, understanding the needs of customer service and sales staff and supporting them through the day to day.
As an escalation point for challenging calls and sales, you will work towards finding a firsttime solution.
You will be tasked with motivating and fostering a high performing and engaged workforce.
Quoting pricing information to customers with direction from head of sales.
Training staff and making sure they have the tools and information to undertake the role to highest standards.
You will be sharing best practice and coaching staff.

The Person:

Strong Customer Service team leader or Sales Team Leader experience within a busy customer service/sales environment.
You will have managed a team and set the standards required whilst identifying areas for coaching and improvement.
High attention to detail with an organised approach.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise workload.
A hunger to learn, develop yourself and your knowledge further with a drive to succeed.
Logical thinker with a genuine passion about delivering a high level of customer service.
