Conveyance Administrator

- Respond to precontract enquiries promptly and accurately
- Liaising with clients, third parties, and solicitors
- Deal with transfers and lease requirements such as Deed of Covenant's and Land Registry Certificates
- Updating and maintaining all required records accurately
- Raise fees as appropriate
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Assist in all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including document preparation, research, and client communications
- A good understanding of the conveyancing process is desirable but not essential
- Be an organised and proactive individual
- Proven experience working in a similar role within a conveyancing or legal environment
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to property transactions
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
£19,570.00-£22,659.00 per year
