Duties

  • Respond to precontract enquiries promptly and accurately
  • Liaising with clients, third parties, and solicitors
  • Deal with transfers and lease requirements such as Deed of Covenant's and Land Registry Certificates
  • Updating and maintaining all required records accurately
  • Raise fees as appropriate
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Assist in all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including document preparation, research, and client communications
About you

  • A good understanding of the conveyancing process is desirable but not essential
  • Be an organised and proactive individual
  • Proven experience working in a similar role within a conveyancing or legal environment
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to property transactions
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record keeping
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
£19,570.00-£22,659.00 per year
