We are looking for a Client coordinator. To work in Stowmarket/Ipswich area.

We provide DOM care and live in care across Stowmarket and Ipswich.

We are looking for a enthustiac person who can help to lead the team and assist our clients in there everyday needs and wants.

You will be responsible for

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Keeping up to date with industry knowledge
• Be able to manage a work force of temporary or contract staff
• Take part in the on call service for the business

Person Specification - You will need to show evidence of the following:

• Resilience, determination, drive and ambition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to build rapport quickly
• Selfmotivated with a strong initiative
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Problem solving skills and ability to prioritise
• Tenacity and attention to detail
• Previous experienced within a healthcare back ground would be beneficial

A full driving license and own transport is essential. Mileage is paid for work travel.

Start date ASAP.

Must have previous experience leading a team, writing and reviewing support/care plans. NVQ3 or equivalent in Health & Social care preferred, but not essential.
