Position
:
PART TIME Care Service Supervisor - MUST DRIVE AND HAVE OWN CAR**Location
:Hampshire and surrounding areas

Responsible to:
Management Team

Purpose of Position
To work in the community to support clients and carers, mentoring and ensuring the delivery of the highest quality of care

Supporting carers and clients with a thorough and accurate handover on changeover day
Daily audits to ensure completion of electronic information by carers
To ensure carers in the field have sufficient stock of PPE
To step in as a Live in carer in emergency situations, until cover is sourced.
To support with an out of hours service, timings to be discussed

The position is field based however there will be times when you will need to come into the Head Office in Eastleigh

There will be an element of travel required. We provide a mileage allowance

You will also be required to:

Support the Registered Manager to ensure that effective induction, supervision and assessment of staff is carried out and that training needs are identified and met
Ensure that employment protection legislation is implemented
Ensure that all staff have the necessary training, qualifications and skills to undertake the tasks required
