The main aspects of the role are as follows:

  • You will be trained by the team to understand and use the e rostering system to a high level of technical ability and have enhanced access to the system
  • You will be instrumental in delivering face to face educationto ward and department managers
  • You will be able to audit and evaluate the outcomes from the education you have delivered
  • You will be able to present your reports to senior colleagues
  • You will be able to manage and inform around complex queries from erostering users
  • You will liaise with internal and external agencies as the role requires and within the realms and confines of information governance

You must be educated to degree level or be able to demonstrate the equivalent administrative experience to be shortlisted for this post.

You should be proficient in using IT packages and software such as Word, Excel, Power Point. You should be able to provide evidence of project delivery, training and education experience, record keeping and reporting. Ideally you would be familiar with the E Rostering System, but training and support will be provided.
