We are currently recruiting for a Workforce Insights Consultant who will Consult with business and HR stakeholders to understand and shape Workforce and drive business outcomes.

In this role you will

  • Use consulting frameworks and critical thinking techniques to ensure an effective approach to identifying answering the right business questions
  • Contract around the delivery of work and thought leadership with stakeholders on the basis of scope, size and complexity, in the context of a prioritized backlog of work
  • Contribute to analytical thought leadership in WSI, HR and business forums
  • Help to shape a team of global consultants, share best practices, and connect stakeholders to solutions
  • Adopt Agile working methods to deliver solutions and products by leading or actively participating in 'Pod' delivery teams
  • Act as liaison, analytical translator and educator to HR and business stakeholder groups.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate the following experience:

  • Working in a consultancy role focusing on strategy and insights is essential
  • Deep experience in hybrid working, employee experience or skills based planning in the workplace would be a distinct advantage to this role
  • An understanding of Analytics best practice, external trends and developments is desirable
  • Experience in Agile coordinating delivery through others is preferable
  • A consultative and client centric approach is essential
  • Ability to translate business needs and problem statements, into reporting deliverables and improvements, by partnering with the Data Science and Workforce Strategy Enablement teams, to deliver compelling information and analytics is essential
  • Experience of working in Human Resources within a large matrix organization is essential
This is a hybrid role with travel to the London office to connect in person.
