5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair.
Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.
We are currently looking for a trained Baker to join the production site team.The additional benefits our Baker

The responsibilities of the Baker are:
- Assisting the Head Baker in the production of food to the required standard specially bread and viennoiserie.
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Baker
are:
- Previous experience as trained baker essential.
The working hours:
- 5 days per week between Monday Sunday; shifts start at 4am
- 2 consecutive days off
- Rota prepared on a monthly basis
The club is closed throughout Christmas each year.
