Description

You will carry out admin duties to allow us to continue to build good customer rapport with clients, ensuring you provide exceptional customer service whilst providing quotes, dealing with queries, export admin and updating our clients.

You will liaise with the Sales, Projects & Operations Manager for all Project Work and ensure all spreadsheets, forms and other systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner so both the Client and RMS are aware of progress.

You will manage your own workload and use your own initiative to organise your Project work. You will need to have a hunger to deliver administrative systems to the highest level.


Role and Responsibilities:


Sales:


  • Log and action incoming calls
  • Create and upload project delivery schedules
  • Maintain project orders and price files
  • Produce independent quotes for our clients
  • Deal with queries from our clients
  • Help to develop a business winning CRM system
  • Generate works orders in a prompt and accurate manner
  • Liaise with teammates and your Line Manager
  • Follow up quotes that have previously been given
  • Update clients with estimated delivery dates
  • Handle customer complaints

Projects:


  • Liaise with the Office/Projects Manager
  • Organise and prioritise your own workload
  • Update clients with progress on their project
  • Liaise with other departments regarding progress on the fabrication, delivery etc.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets, forms, and other systems relevant to the project
  • Any other task relevant to completing the Project Work in an exceptional manner

General:


  • Comply with Health and Safety
  • Attend all training that is essential to your role
  • Attend staff meetings and Toolbox Talks
  • Assist in other departments when necessary

Person Specification:


  • You must be organised and efficient
  • Administration experience is essential
  • Have advanced knowledge in Microsoft packages, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of the Cable Management industry is desired but not essential
  • Be able to manage your own workload
  • You must be able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
  • You must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
  • You must be able to continuously produce work to the highest standard

Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
