Job summary

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Analyst based in London. The Analyst will work across all aspects of the investment process — from sourcing and evaluating new opportunities, conducting financial and commercial analyses, to supporting portfolio companies post-investment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new investment opportunities and engaging directly with founders and management teams
• Conducting in-depth financial and commercial analyses to evaluate new investment opportunities
• Building and maintaining financial models and valuation frameworks
• Supporting transaction execution, due diligence, and investment committee materials
• Researching market trends and competitive landscapes across key technology verticals
• Assisting in fundraising and investor relations initiatives, including preparation of materials and analytics for existing and prospective LPs
• Contributing to portfolio monitoring and performance tracking
• Supporting broader strategic and operational workstreams across the firm

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience at a Big Four accounting firm in Transaction Advisory / Deal Advisory is compulsory
• Due to fund eligibility criteria, applicants must hold nationality of an EU or EEA member state
• Strong skills in Investments and Portfolio Management
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Finance principles
• Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
• Experience in the technology sector or private equity is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
