Essential skills and experience
Possess practical experience with complicated SIAM frameworks and be able to deliver to a variety of stakeholders

Knowledge of simultaneously managing numerous ServiceNow instances

possess working experience of developing Service Level Agreements inside ServiceNow, including mapping and MI

Ability to create Case Management Centric Designs and ITIL Designs

Possessing the capacity to conduct proactive evaluations of updates and patches in order to put into practise solutions that reduce any risks to the organisation

Emergency and tactical delivery ability to support quick process deployment or modification inside the ITIL-aligned toolkit in addition to planned sprints and upgrades

Knowledge with ServiceNow's Case Management and ITIL components for developing complicated catalogue items


Capable of providing release notes and/or documentation to accompany sprint releases and identifying any risks or delays to development activities.


Capable of assisting with Service Asset and Configuration Management, making sure that the CMDB can be used by the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Line Teams to support their daily activities.


At least two ServiceNow upgrades have been successfully planned and executed with little engagement from customers, and you can demonstrate your ability to identify feature and GUI changes that could have an impact on teams.


Periods:

  • 1 Years with an optional extension period of up to 1 years

  • 60:40 /

WFH:
WFO ( 2 days must be in a week)
