We're looking for an Energetic Administrative Assistant to join us on a Permanent role, helping our business with general managerial and administration duties.

A great opportunity is now available for a professional individual to join our team assisting with Administration, Secretarial, and General Office duties.


YOUR DUTIES

  • Assist the Management Team with tasks in day to day management of the business.
  • Assist new customers in sending contracts, making payments etc. Ensuring they can transition into their new spaces seamlessly and quickly.
  • Handle telephone enquiries, including customer and visitor enquiries, general tenant assistance
  • Assist our members with general matters ie. keys, managing deposits, refunds, room handovers and final inventory reports.
  • General admin duties ie. scanning, photocopying, archiving etc.
  • Assist visitors at the reception area when required, either with parking or navigating the business centre.

THIS IS A PERMANENT JOB POSITION FOR A COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL.

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

  • 35 hours per week over 5 days, 9:30am to 4:30pm.
  • Work location is in Wembley, London HA0.
  • Able to commute to work within 30 minutes or less.
  • Must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
  • Must be proficient in English speaking and writing.

To apply, You should possess the following skills:

  • You must possess Managerial and Secretarial experience from a professional office-based role.
  • You should possess proficient PC software skills, ie Excel and Word.
  • To be considered you must be proficient in both English speaking and writing.
  • You should be a resident of the United Kingdom, or have the necessary visa to work.
  • Have the ability to work on your own and have a proactive attitude to your role.

Location:
We are within easy access to both Alperton station and Stonebridge Park station. Parking facilities are available.
