We currently have a Night Porter position available to cover all of our hotels in Gloucestershire_


Shifts:16HRS per week, 11pm - 7am, weekends included _(chance for overtime available)_


Salary:
£12.00 per hour


Location:
Cheltenham**You will cover all hotels; New County Hotel, Central Hotel Gloucester, The Oakwood Hotel, Central Hotel Cheltenham

  • Someone who holds a full driving license _(is essential)_

Reception:


  • Answer the phone in a professional manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Answer all accommodation enquiries
  • Checking in and out of guests
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Processing reservations
  • Use an online payment system
  • Greet, serve and look after our guests
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract


Salary:
£12.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 16 per week

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift
  • Overtime
