Description

Our public sector client are looking for an experienced Service Designer for 12 months - the role will be hybrid - remote with up to 2 days per week in Newcastle Upon Tyne - SC cleared role

Essential skills and experience

Experience of designing to GDS Principles
Experience in interpreting technical and non technical requirements to design a comprehensive service
Experience in designing services that meet assisted digital user needs
Experience of agile methodology in a fast paced and evolving environment
Experience in prioritising and defining user stories
Experience of working within the public sector
Ablity to use quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn user focus into outcomes.

Nice-to-have skills and experience

Experience of working in blended Teams
Experience of working in similar size organisations to DWP
