Logistics Coordinator


Due to continued growth and expansion our client area are currently looking to recruit a
Logistics Coordinator to join their team.


Main Responsibilities

  • Route planning and coordinating
  • Agreeing and negotiating fees with transport companies
  • Liaise with production to ensure orders are ready on time
  • Booking and arranging deliveries
  • Strong scheduling experience
  • Liaise with customers and provide updates on deliveries and notify them of any possible delays
  • Raising purchase orders and ensuring prices agreed match invoices
  • Deal with any issues that may arise during transportation
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload
