My client is a market leading team with offices in London, Oxford, Cambridge and more Due to their growth, they are looking to add a Planner to the division.

This opportunity would suit someone who has gained some town planning experience in a consultancy,developer, or a local authority.

Their work in multidisciplinary teams gives an unparalleled insight into the dynamics of commercial, residential, and rural development. The work ranges from attaining planning permissions for mixed-use new settlements to the delivery of Private Rented Sectoraccommodation; new education, retail and hospitality projects and more


Qualifications:


  • RTPI Qualification
  • Relevant experience within UK Planning system
  • Proactive, good team player, able to manage a demanding work load, passionate

Day-to-day:


  • Providing commercial and specific planning advice
  • Proactively managing engagement with local planning authority and stake holders
  • Providing robust evidence to support the planning case
  • Preparing high quality planning submissions and Development Plan Representations
  • Representing the client's commercial interests through the planning process
