Our client is a well-known organisation based in the Crossgates area of Leeds, due to continued growth and expansion they require an experienced Administrator to work in their Customer Services department.
Duties include:
- Responding to Inbound Calls from Customers.
- Enter Job data on to a software system and assigning to relevant engineer.
- Reviewing Job reports and reporting accordingly.
- Previous admin experience is essential
- An excellent telephone manner
- IT proficient and have general experience of using MS Office
- Be career minded
