PET-Xi Training have a rare opportunity for someone who is keen to start their career within HR. This is an entry level role which will progress through course funding and guidance by the HR Department.


The purpose of the role is to assist in the smooth running of the administration function within the Human Resource Department in an efficient and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:


  • Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling of inductions.
  • Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes and leavers on the system.
  • Maintaining the staff virtual learning environment.
  • Dealing with daytoday HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures.
  • Supporting with the administration of employee benefits.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project work.

Person Specification

  • A minimum of 6 months experience within a HR or Administration role
  • Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent
  • Someone who is keen to start their career within HR and is passionate about helping people
  • Experience of working within a fast paced environment
  • Good written and oral communications and strong interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at various levels, and on potentially sensitive matters
  • Excellent IT Skills, including Excel, Mail Merge, and report creation.
  • Well organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player, with the ability to work independently

£19,500.00-£20,000.00 per year
