Temporary PA CEO - Immediate Start


Our client is a high performing and busy financial services company that seeks an experienced PA to assist the CEO as well as other key partners in the business.

This is a great role in a growing global company for someone looking to develop their skills as a PA in a hugely successful firm.

The ideal PA will be professional, well spoken, and someone who is confident in communicating with a range of people


This role is paying
£ £28.00 per hour depending upon your experience with the favourable working hours of
9am - 5.30pm.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Complex diary management, for the CEO and other Partners
  • Maintaining shared calendar
  • Booking flights and accommodation for travel
  • Taking calls and distributing or taking messages
  • Overseeing the creation of documents, including distribution
  • Processing expenses
  • Organising meetings, including preparing for external and internal meetings
  • Working with the team to organise various staff social activities
