Do you have a passion for training? Do you love helping others learn new skills? Could you (and your HOM) spare you for one day per month to help with learning across your cluster?

If so, we need you
We are looking to add to our Learning and Development (L&D) team by finding some Cluster Training Champions

These will be people already working in our hotels, that would like to be involved in delivering face to face training sessions in their clusters throughout the year.

What will I be doing as a Cluster Training Champion?

Spending (max) 1 day per month working with managers to deliver training across your cluster
Acting as an expert in your cluster when it comes to training, 10 minute trainers and identifying learning needs

What will I get if I become a Cluster Training Champion?

Training session(s) from our L&D team on how to deliver some new Atlas training courses
The opportunity to support HOMs and COMs in your cluster with improving service
One day out of your role per month (at your usual pay rate) to deliver training alongside an Atlas Manager from your cluster or a member of the L&D team
The opportunity to provide feedback to central departments and senior members of the operations team about how we could improve learning at Atlas
