Bright and White Dental is looking for a Front of House Customer Services with Social Media Management to join our team.

We are a modern and friendly dental practice located in South Woodford, providing high-quality general and cosmetic dental services to our patients


We have an exciting opening for a dynamic individual with a flair for creativity, who is eager to take charge of driving and implementing a marketing strategy aimed at expanding a small business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Answer phone calls and book appointments
  • Greet clients and check them in for their appointments
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:


  • Previous customer service and social media experience
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
  • Bright, enthusiastic, and friendly personality
  • Ability to work as part of a small and supportive team
  • Willingness to learn and grow through further inhouse training

Pay:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

- social media: 1 year (required)

  • Customer service: 3 years (required)
