Primary Job Responsibilities
- Dealing with inbound / outbound calls in a quick and timely manner
- Take ownership of any challenging calls and use appropriate methods to resolve
- Attention to detail accurately recording and updating client systems
- Manage and protect customer information, in line with GDPR
- Proactively keep knowledge up to date using online approved training resources in line with campaign needs
Knowledge/Abilities/Skills
- Experience of handling customer contacts and resolving customer enquiries.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit.
- Ability to plan and organise time and tasks effectively.
- Expertise in the use of a PC with experience of using office automation tools such as outlook, word, excel.

- Book/cancel/amend Vaccination Appointments
- Inbound phone role
- Find nearest Test Centre for Customer
- Help with technical issues online
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Call Center experience a plus
Education
Experience Target
- Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
