ADMINISTRATOR TEAM LEADER - FULL TIME
Job Spec:
This is a newly created and varied role being offered as a full time and permanent position within our highly successful and established office equipment / print solutions business based in Heathfield, Newton Abbot.
As well as day-to-day administrative duties you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our efficient and friendly administration department being the main point of contact and taking a leadership role for any queries within the team.
You will also provide support to both colleagues within the team as well as our Management Team across all areas of the business.
Main administrative duties include receiving incoming telephone calls from customers, suppliers and field based staff dealing with enquiries accordingly.You will be expected to log service calls for office printers and IT support customers and assist in remotely monitoring customer devices, raising orders for consumables where required.
These will be added to our in house service management system and issued to our team of field service engineers under instruction from our Service Director.
Other duties will include assisting our Management team in collation of information and documents from various departments enabling us to arrange delivery schedules, ordering and receipt of equipment from manufacturers and overall support where needed.
Salary & Package:
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (office based).
Starting salary £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience to be reviewed following an initial 6 month probation period.
