Role starting immediately- Local role based in Romsey
About Our Client:
Our client is a highly successful and well known name within their industry. They have recently integrated a new system which is due to go live over the next couple of months. The offices are situated in the village of Romsey and offer free onsite parking and local public transport links.
As the Senior Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for:
- The end to end payroll process for 1100 employees
- Processing the monthly payroll
- Setting up new starters/leavers
- Payroll journal entries
- Dealing with employee queries
- Working closely with the Finance Manager and the HR Manager
The Successful Applicant:
In order to be considered for the Senior Payroll Officer position, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Temporary be immediately available or on short notice
- Be able to work with a large payroll
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be a good team player
- Have excellent communication skills
