'''Duties'''- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the wellbeing and safety of individuals
- Previous experience working with Children/ young people is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of personcentered care and support principles
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with individuals and their families
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
£13.50-£15.50 per hour
