Job Overview:
FitBody Limited are looking for an experienced Level 2 fitness coach/trainer to deliver female group training sessions to women over 30 on a part time compressed hours basis at our centre in Telford.
Working closely with our lead trainer, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of sessions to our members as per the following shifts.
Tuesdays: 5.30am am & 4.45pm - 8.30pm
Saturdays: 7.00am am
(You will only be required to work 2 Saturday shifts per month)
An additional 4 hours per month (1 hour per week) will be allocated to you for admin. You will be required to communicate with a set number of members to assist with accountability and support.
Total hours per month are: 90.5
The hourly rate offered is:
£15
Total per month is:
£1357.50
This position will be a self employed/freelance role on a fixed term contract.

Duties:
- Lead fitness classes, including but not limited to cardio, strength training and group exercise sessions
- Develop and implement effective workout routines that cater to the needs and goals of participants
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises and movements
- Monitor participants' form and technique to ensure proper execution and prevent injuries
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Offer modifications and adaptations for exercises to accommodate different fitness levels or limitations
- Maintain a clean and organised workout area
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role (1 year required)
- Indepth knowledge of various exercise techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively instruct and motivate participants
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and create a positive class atmosphere
- L2 Gym Instructor or L3 Personal Trainer certification preferred
