Our client is a well-known and reputable HGV dealership with several depots across Southeast of England.

Currently they have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Service Advisor / HGV Senior Service Advisor / Automotive Senior Service Advisor at their Poole location.

Working within the service team in this fast paced, busy depot, you will be a key member at the heart of our whole operation.

This is a very hands-on role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the service department and assisting with workshop control, to maximise productivity and efficiencies, retail invoicing, ensuring that the customer experience is is kept to a high standard and KPI targets are met.

You must have proven experience in similar positions at supervisory level. Strong attention to detail with ability to work affectively under pressure.

You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within their industry.

Annual Range:
£26,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience

KPI Bonus:
Non-contractual KPI bonus

Basic Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm with 1⁄2 an hour unpaid lunch

Every third Saturday mornings 8.00 am to 12 noon.

Holiday:
Holiday is 20 days plus 8 statutory bank holidays.
