Description

You will support with the development of skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations.

As part of the role you will provide/ensure:

Appropriate training plans are in place
Advice and guidance is given where required
Delivering the highest level of quality of engaging courses

Main Responsibilities of the role include:

Identifying the individual needs of learners ensuring that all learners have an individual learning plans
Continually reviewing our learner's progression to ensure that the training continues to meet their identified needs.
Preparing, delivering and reviewing comprehensive lesson plans for all sessions that address the training needs
Actively gaining feedback from learners and other sources, reviewing & improving curriculum content accordingly.
Engaging and motivating both individuals and learner groups to increase retention.
Completing all of the necessary administration
Working with colleagues / hosts to assist learner's progression towards qualifications

Essential Qualifcations:

Must hold Maths and English level 2 for vocational tutors:

The ability to handle challanging situations:

The ability to hold a extended security clearance.
