Description

US Law Firm client is looking to hire a new German speaking Legal PA on a permanent basis, where you will be providing a polished support service to their busy Anti-Trust team.


This Legal PA role will be paying up to £52,000 plus benefits, working the hours 9:30am to 5:30pm with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.


In this role you will be responsible for the flow of correspondence and legal documents, client contact and client billing, as well as setting up and maintaining files and records, including but not limited to attorney travel information, expenses, timeentries.


You will ideally have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Legal secretary or Legal PA, preferably within an Anti-Trust department.

Fluency in German is also required.
