Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in a customer support or related role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • A customerfirst attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer support software preferred.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
