Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- 12 years of experience in a customer support or related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A customerfirst attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer support software preferred.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
