Description:
We are currently recruiting for a competent Administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi task for a successful and well established construction business in Minworth.
Key Duties:
- Diary management and arranging meetings
- Ensuring the computer system is up to date at all times
- Maintaining a good paper and electronic filing system
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Compiling standard and ad hoc reports when required
- Managing cost control for new projects including liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure the project comes in within set budgets
- Ordering machinery and materials for projects
- Raising purchase orders and invoices
- Assisting with the update of the company website
- Updating the company social media pages
- Any ad hoc administration duties required
Key Skills/Experience Required
- Previous experience within an administration role
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer literacy with great attention to detail
- Proven record of using initiative to work independently and as a team member
- Confident and polite communication skills
- An ability to prioritise workload
This is an excellent role for an experienced Administrator to work in a varied role within a small successful business.
