Description:


We are currently recruiting for a competent Administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi task for a successful and well established construction business in Minworth.


Key Duties:


  • Diary management and arranging meetings
  • Ensuring the computer system is up to date at all times
  • Maintaining a good paper and electronic filing system
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Compiling standard and ad hoc reports when required
  • Managing cost control for new projects including liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure the project comes in within set budgets
  • Ordering machinery and materials for projects
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices
  • Assisting with the update of the company website
  • Updating the company social media pages
  • Any ad hoc administration duties required

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • Previous experience within an administration role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer literacy with great attention to detail
  • Proven record of using initiative to work independently and as a team member
  • Confident and polite communication skills
  • An ability to prioritise workload


This is an excellent role for an experienced Administrator to work in a varied role within a small successful business.

In return you will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 plus great career prospects.
