Are you a Psychology graduate looking to work collaboratively with young people in a forensic setting?**We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist (fixed term to February 2025) to join our therapy team here at Swaay


You will have a BPS accredited Degree in Psychology, display resilience and positive attitude and will act as a role model to the young people in our care.**It is desirable if you have experience conducting psychometric assessments, however if you have not, full training with be provided.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • You will support with aspects of our assessments, including the administration and scoring of psychometric tests
  • Assist with daytoday administration tasks, plus have involvement working directly with young people in the context of the therapy group programmes
  • Develop a caseload of individual work as appropriate under the supervision of experienced psychologists and practitioners
