What do you need to succeed
- 2+ years analytical experience
- SQL coding skills
- Excel skills
- Personal Loans/Credit Cards analytical experience
- Commercially minded can turn numbers into business decisions
- Selfstarter with ability to think independently
- Ability to selfmanage multiple projects and priorities
- Handson experience of champion challenger strategies
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
- Deliver improved collections strategies to reduce impairment and improve customer outcomes
- Develop a wider variety of collection treatments for collections strategies to utilise
- Ensure all customers are managed appropriately and in line with internal policy and regulation
- Heavily contribute to a comprehensive framework to monitor and assess the overall collections strategy
- Build out controls across collection systems and operations
- Develop and monitor collection KPI's
- Present and deliver strategy performance updates to the Management Team
