We are looking for an Experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our fantastic HR team working across and based at our Heathrow and Gatwick Aviation sites.


You will be responsible for delivering, a high quality and consistent ER/HR advisory and support service to employees and managers.


You will be required to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across the business, ensuring that support is provided to aid Wilson James in achieving its overall aims and objectives whilst identifying and maanging any ipeople, reputational or commercial risk.

As well as managing a high volume of case work, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting managers both when required, and in a planned learning capacity

This is a very varied and busy role, which is not based with the larger HR Team. You will therefore will be required to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team.

What we need from you:


  • Employee Relations experience at a similar level, witha proven background of managing employee relations matters such as grievances, absence reviews etc
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbaland written communication skills
  • Behaviours that demonstrate initiative, eagerness to seek solutions and learn
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholder at all levels
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Effective team member who demonstrates flexibility in support of the overall team effectiveness
