We are currently working with a well established and reputable Manchester based firm who are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their expanding team.

This role will involve managing a caseload of EL, PL and RTA/cycling claims. The claims will be primarily Fast Track but will a small amount of lower end Multi Track claims.
The role will involve the following tasks;

  • Working to court deadlines
  • Managing a caseload from inception to completion
  • Liaising and reporting to insurers
  • Assisting on higher value cases
  • Diary management
  • Issuing court proceedings
  • Writing letters and negotiating settlements
  • Financial management of cases
  • Take responsibility for personal development
  • Use of internal case management system
The salary for this role is negotiable dependent on experience and they have a good benefits package.
