Lettings Negotiator required for established family run letting agency with great reputation in the Exeter area with salary in the region of £22-26,000 pa.

This will be a six month maternity cover but could lead to a permanent role.

Our client is an established estate and letting agency in the Exeter area.

They are currently seeking a lettings negotiator either experienced or with a desire to join this thriving industry for an initial six month period to cover a maternity leave.

Thismight lead to a permanent role within the company though.


You will be responsible for all round lettings duties including, viewings, check ins, check outs, inspections, property management, inventories, lettings negotiating and administration.

All in all a great all-round position.


This is a great opportunity to join a growing and friendly office in a non-corporate environment with a competitive salary.

If non experienced you will need to have a proven track record in customer service and have excellent admin and IT skills as wellas being an excellent problem solver and people person used to working in a busy environment.

Monday to Friday working 9-5.30pm plus Saturdays on a rota and time off in lieu for working a Saturday. Salary in the region of £22-26,000 depending on experience.
