A leading web3 solutions provider is seeking an experienced data analyst in the exciting world of crypto and web3.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a data analyst to help drive actionable insights from on-chain and customer data. In this role, you'll analyse buyer behaviour, sales patterns, and test results, providing data-backed recommendations that can improve the user experience and optimise buy flows to increase revenue. You'll be a key part of helping us understand our target market and shape our growth strategies by analysing how users interact with our web3 products.

Analyse on-chain data and buyer patterns to derive actionable insights for product and marketing teams.
Track A/B testing results and assess the impact on conversion rates and buy flows.
Work with the product and marketing teams to suggest data-driven improvements to buyer journeys.
Presentation of data findings to leadership and cross-functional teams in an easy-to-understand manner.

Who are we looking for

At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within the web3, fintech, or e-blockchain sectors.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and familiarity with analysing on-chain data.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) and experience with A/B testing frameworks.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience working with customer behaviour data and improving conversion funnels is a plus.
