**We have an attractive opportunity within an established, friendly firm in the East of England for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to start ASAP for 3 months + in duration, with remote working on offer.

The Opportunity**Our client, a long established, reputable, full-service law firm, is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to start as soon as possible.

The firm require somebody to join them for a duration of 3 months initially with potential to extend beyond thispoint whilst they are recruiting on a permanent basis.

ResponsibilitiesThe Commercial Property Locum would be responsible for a mixed caseload to include:

Freehold acquisitions and disposals
Acting for borrowers in connection with property finance
Complex/high value landlord and tenant work to include development agreements for lease
Acting for developers including site acquisition, statutory and infrastructure agreements, preparation of plot sales packs

Requirements:

Experience handling high value and complex commercial property caseloads
Ability to work autonomously and with mínimal support
Availability to work Monday
