As Quality Technician, you will be responsible for designing quality standards, inspecting / auditing materials, suppliers, equipment, processes, and products.

You will be developing quality control systems and determining corrective actions with suppliersand internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling internal and external product nonconformance
Complete 3rd party finished goods samples checks and reporting
Support root cause investigations of returned hardware from the bp pulse network
Responsible for implementation and follow up of countermeasure activities related to customer and/or supplier issues
Creation of inspection reports and work instructions
Track and manage financials, mitigating losses to bp pulse
Play an active role in establishing bp pulse quality standards

Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail
Strong supplier relationship management experience
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Good knowledge of Quality standards, including ISO900
Familiarity with Health and Safety and Environmental standards
Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring equipment

This role will be working 4 days in our head office in Milton Keynes and one day remotely.
